The availability of a business center with internet access was a lifesaver for remote work tasks, and the flat-screen TV with a variety of channels provided a nice break. However, the issue with not receiving the room I initially booked was a significant inconvenience, especially with mobility limitations post-surgery. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's amenities like the fitness center and outdoor pool offered some relaxation options after work hours. the on-site laundry facilities were handy for longer stays. Overall, I would recommend Candlewood Suites Bluffton-Hilton Head for business travelers seeking functional amenities, but improvements in room allocation accuracy and bed sizes are necessary for a more comfortable experience.
